Sarah Jane is a seasoned startup veteran who has held posts in operations, community management, and marketing. She openly shares her experience of burnout and depression at a startup with hope it will help others know they are not alone.

After practicing her own journey of self-inquiry and cultivating a desire to see more human being friendly workplaces independently for years, she is delighted to have found her true tribe at Reboot. Sarah Jane holds a degree in Electronic Media from The University of Cincinnati, which proves that if you don’t have your life totally figured at 23, it’s still going to be ok.
